Registration Info

Participation to the symposium consists of 3 separate sections:
13 October 2014: afternoon session: parallel workshops
13 October 2014:  The evening event
14 October 2014:: The symposium with a full day of lectures.
Only participants to the symposium of October 14th can subscribe to the workshops and the evening event.
Only professionals and PhD students can subscribe to the workshops.

(2) This rate does not apply to PhD students. As proof, you will need to present a copy of your student card when registering at the reception on October 14th

 Payment and Invoice:
You need to pay online via the registration module. An invoice, including VAT, will be sent to you.

Late payments:
If you have not paid your registration by xx October 2014, you will need to pay the subscription fee in cash at the reception desk on the day of the symposium.  If you have paid after the deadline, please bring a proof of your payment.

    between 13:00 and 18:20 hrs

Symposium on October 14th
